It is no secret that business valuation and deals have been rendered more challenging by the global pandemic.  While the realities for many businesses have been sombre, some sectors have seen an upside.  Others have had to pivot.

Join these outstanding (and young) professionals from across the country as they candidly describe what impacts the COVID-19 pandemic has had on their practice areas, their clients, and share stories about the challenges they have faced in recent months. As leaders in their fields, they each bring a unique perspective – from private equity investing/private credit, to corporate finance/restructuring, to M&A, to venture capital and financial reporting. This session will provide an “inside look” at how CBVs are dealing with the pandemic on the front lines, and what this means for the business valuation profession. The session will also explore where the opportunities may lie for the future for “young” CBVs in this new “normal.” A Q&A session will follow.

If there are any questions you would like the panelists to address during this webinar, please submit them to catalina.miranda@cbvinstitute.com prior to 5:00 PM ET on July 27, 2020.
