  • The ways mid-market PE firms are integrating this feedback into their target investment profile and parameters; and

  • Greg Collings, Partner – Fulcrum Capital Partners

Greg is engaged in a wide variety of investment activities, including originating, structuring, and managing investments. He plays a key role in his ability to establish financial reporting structures to improve decision-making both within Fulcrum’s portfolio companies and on investment teams.

  • Bruno Duguay, Chief Legal Officer – Novacap

Bruno was a commercial litigator at Stikeman Elliott for ten years and later gained seven years of experience in commercial transactions at the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec. He joined Novacap in 2008 and is in charge of all legal and compliance matters.

  • Moderator – Andrew Harris, Managing Director, Sustainable Investing – SLC Management

Andrew is responsible for helping to lead the development and implementation of SLC’s Sustainable Investing program, including the integration of ESG in investments and operations.  Prior to this role, most recently, he led SLC’s Risk Management function.  He holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, a AB from Dartmouth College, and is a CFA charterholder.
