MDW Consulting Inc. works directly with large companies and their advisors, applying our experience and expertise in transfer pricing for companies preparing or defending themselves against difficult or unique circumstances.
Transfer pricing involves setting a structure and price for inter-company transactions between business units, divisions or entities (“related parties”) within a company. Inter-company transactions involve the license of intangibles, sale of products, provision of services, cost sharing, and financial transactions.
MDW is seeking energetic, bright and talented individuals to assist in and/or lead transfer pricing projects involving the restructuring of businesses, implementation, documentation and/or dispute resolution at all levels.

The ideal candidate will be someone that is early in their career as a transfer pricing specialist and is willing to take valuation courses, or is a business valuator that is willing to learn transfer pricing.
The job itself involves the combination of research, financial analysis, technical theory and application, report writing and client communications. Candidates should have a strong foundation in at least two of these areas and the aptitude and eagerness to learn the other areas. The sum of these areas is needed to advise clients on most transfer pricing matters.
Compensation will be commensurate with the level of experience.
